My journey in the fitness industry began with a burning desire to inspire positive transformations in people’s lives, and that motivation still drives me today.

I am jacks 1st Clent, when I started to training session with Jack. I was getting over operation for PTD . Had to learn to walk . Jack helped me all the way . Got my walking in no time. What you don't know I have icd pacemaker have long trem qt syndrome Jack helped me get stronger and I have never felt as good as I do now . Jack will help you to reach you goals ,and then your next goals gives you confidence to believe in your self.

Jack is an excellent personal trainer. Always willing to help in the best way he knows how, and so down to earth. He is easy to get along with, and pushes you to try your best, without being cruel or mean. He is easy to chat to during work outs and is easy to laugh with. Especially when your body just wants to make you cry. My first and only personal trainer so far, and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them start their fitness journey.
